Although our organization continues to grow, our mission remains deeply personal.

Meet the Founder

Hi! I'm Ally, the founder of Gemma's Hope.

If you've emailed us, called with a question, requested a quote, or placed an order, there's a good chance we've already "met." I personally manage all of the day-to-day operations of Gemma's Hope, from answering emails and phone calls to maintaining inventory, assembling care packages, packing orders, and preparing shipments for hospitals and families across the country.

Gemma's Hope was created in memory of my daughter, Gemma, with the hope that no family would have to navigate pregnancy or infant loss feeling alone. Every product we offer, every partnership we build, and every program we develop is shaped by that mission and by the experiences of the families we serve.

As our organization continues to grow, one thing remains the same: I want every hospital, volunteer, donor, and family to know there's a real person behind every email, every package, and every conversation. It is an honor to serve this community, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to help preserve the memories of babies who will always be loved.
