Custom & Personalized Orders

Because these items are made uniquely for you, custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Subscriptions, Courses, & Recurring Orders

Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or canceled anytime before the next billing date through your customer account or by contacting us.
- Purchases of course materials or access to materials cannot be refunded or returned.
