Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 5 of purchase by contacting us at info@gemmas-hope.com

  • After this time, your order may already be in production or shipped, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Because these items are made uniquely for you, custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

Subscriptions, Courses, & Recurring Orders

  • Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or canceled anytime before the next billing date through your customer account or by contacting us.

  • Purchases of course materials or access to materials cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the following cycle.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order purchases may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
