Matching Bracelet Set for a Bereaved Mom + Baby | Free for Hospitals

Each set includes a memory wire bracelet for a mother and one for her baby to wear in remembrance photos. Moms can get 1 bracelet for each baby they have (because every baby is unique!). Both bracelets have adjustable chains so no matter how thick or thin their wrists are the bracelets will fit just right. These delicate, meaningful gifts are created by volunteers and sent to hospitals as part of our bereavement support efforts. Bracelets for mom and baby are identical in each set. Colors are purple, blue, mint green, peach, white, and yellow.

STARTER SET: 6 bracelet sets, one in each color. Free to all hospitals (limit one per hospital). Great if you want to try them out before committing to more.

RE-SUPPLY SET: Order however many sets you need for your unit - you'll be sent a mix of colors. A suggested donation of $1/set is requested but not required to help cover materials and shipping costs. You can make donations when you checkout or you can use this link.
